Because each piece is made specifically for you, we've built a simple, transparent process to make sure you love it before it's ever made.
1. Place Your Order
Browse our personalized jewellery collection and find the piece that speaks to you. Right on the product page, simply select your name, initials, or date from the available options - no separate form, no extra steps. Once you're happy with your selection, add it to your cart and complete your order as usual.
2. Receive Your Design Preview
Once your order is placed, our team creates a personalized design preview showing exactly how your name, initials, or date will look on your chosen piece. Within 2 business days, we'll send this preview to you by email — so you can see every detail, from the font to the placement, before anything is crafted.
3. Confirm Your Design
Take your time reviewing your design. If everything looks exactly how you imagined it, simply reply to confirm and we'll move forward with crafting your piece. This step exists for one reason: to make sure that what you receive is exactly what you had in mind, with nothing left to chance.
4. Your Piece Is Handcrafted
Once your design is confirmed, your piece goes into production in our atelier. Each letter, initial, or number is carefully set with natural diamonds and finished in 18K gold, entirely dedicated to your order. Production typically takes 10-14 business days from the moment you confirm your design.
5. Delivered to You
When your piece is complete, it's carefully packaged and sent your way, arriving beautifully wrapped in a signature Carat Antwerp giftbox, ready to gift or keep for yourself.

- Please review your 3D design carefully when it arrives, and double-check spelling and personalization details before confirming. This is your opportunity to catch anything before production begins.
- Your payment secures your order and begins the design process. You'll always have the chance to review and confirm every detail before your piece is crafted.

After final design approval, production takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Including the design process and revisions, thetotal timeframe is generally 3-4 weeks, after which your order will be shipped to your selected delivery address.
Changes can be requested during the 3D preview stage. Once the final design has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, as your piece is handcrafted specifically for you.
Because each personalized piece is designed and crafted specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or refunds on these items. We recommend double-checking your personalization details (initials, name, spelling) before completing your order.
