Notre Bague Initiale Diamant présente deux initiales personnalisées, chacune d'environ 6 mm, fabriquées à la main en or massif 18 carats et magnifiquement serties de diamants naturels. Conçue comme un bijou significatif pour le quotidien, elle célèbre les personnes, les noms ou les moments qui occupent une place spéciale dans votre cœur.

Avec son design délicat mais luxueux, cette bague personnalisée est un ajout intemporel à toute collection de bijoux et une belle façon de porter quelque chose de vraiment personnel avec vous chaque jour.

Chaque bague est faite sur mesure selon les initiales choisies et fabriquée exclusivement pour vous. Comme ce bijou est une pièce personnalisée, il s'agit d'une vente finale et n'est donc pas éligible au retour ou au remboursement.

Cette bague est fabriquée sur commande et n'est ni retournable ni remboursable.

Returns

As most of our jewellery is personalized or made to order, the majority of our pieces are non-returnable. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

For eligible non-personalized items, a return request must be submitted by email to office@caratantwerp.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the item remains your responsibility until it has been safely received and inspected by Carat Antwerp.

Warranty

We offer a warranty covering manufacturing defects, ensuring your piece meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidental impact, or improper care. Should you have any concerns, our team will be pleased to assist you.

Please note that any alterations or repairs carried out by a third-party jeweler will void the warranty of your piece. For this reason, we recommend entrusting all services to our atelier.

Repairs + Resizing

We offer professional repair and maintenance services for selected jewellery pieces.

Most of our rings can be resized, depending on the design.

Repairs and resizing required within 120 days of purchase are carried out at no additional cost. After this period, or in cases of wear or accidental damage, repair and shipping fees may apply, with pricing typically starting from €30 depending on the nature of the repair.

Processing Time

In-stock items are processed within 2-5 business days. Most "Custom Made to Order" pieces require an estimated 3–4 weeks for production.

Personalized jewellery — including our nameplates, initials, and Diamond Children's collection — requires approximately 4 weeks from order to delivery due to the customization involved. Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email from us with the design of your customized piece. Once we receive your approval of the design, your jewel will be handcrafted in our atelier and shipped to you.

If your order is a rush, please email office@caratantwerp.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note that the shipping method selected does not expedite production time.

Insured Shipping

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All orders come with fully insured shipping.

Estimated delivery time once your order has shipped is 1–2 business days within the EU, and 4–5 business days outside the EU, depending on Customs.

Please note that once an order has shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Carat Antwerp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including those marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend closely monitoring your tracking information and arranging to receive your delivery safely.

For international orders, prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), tariffs, brokerage, or other fees levied by the destination country. Carat Antwerp is not responsible for these fees, nor for customs-related delivery delays. If a customer refuses delivery due to government-required costs, the cost of returning the package to sender is the responsibility of the purchaser. The order recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations, and restrictions of the destination country.
