Repairs

We're happy to repair your item at no charge within the first 120 days of receiving your purchase, provided the issue is due to a manufacturing defect rather than damage from wear or misuse.

After 120 days, or if the repair is needed due to accidental damage, wear, or misuse, repair and shipping costs will apply. Pricing varies depending on the extent of the damage and the piece itself, and typically starts at €30, plus return shipping.

To request a repair, please contact us at office@caratantwerp.com with a description and, if possible, photos of the issue — our team will assess it and let you know the next steps, along with an estimated cost if applicable.

Ring Resizing

Most (but not all) of our rings can be resized — resizing availability depends on the design, setting, and metal of the piece. Pricing for resizing varies by style and typically starts at €60, plus shipping, and is at the customer's expense.

Third-Party Repairs

To protect the quality and craftsmanship of your piece, we ask that all repairs and resizing be carried out exclusively by Carat Antwerp.

If a piece is repaired, resized, or otherwise altered by a third-party jeweler, we can no longer guarantee the integrity of the work, and the warranty will be considered void. We're also unable to accept responsibility for any damage or issues arising from repairs performed outside of our atelier.
